Mazda has made it official! The rotary engine is back as an EV range extender in the new MX-30 crossover. This unique combination will be only available in Japan for now and the full electric in Europe.

Although this is not what we are all waiting for, at least its a start. A new RX looks a lot more promising now. I can't wait!
